I think good design in your home is a bigger deal than we often admit.

In my opinion, it sits somewhere between a want and a need. Sure, it’s not essential in the way food or shelter is, but it quietly shapes how your days feel, how your family moves through the house, and how much ease or friction you carry with you.

I don’t see good design as something reserved for fancy people in fancy houses. I see it as something worth prioritizing, because when your home works well, life just feels better. You enjoy being in your home and sharing it with people you love.

And for short-term rental owners, I see too many people leaving design as an afterthought, and not part of the guest experience. A beautifully designed  property stands out, commands premium rates, and delivers top reviews.
